WIW: Monotones Neutrals for cooler days

I've been repeating looks so much lately in the heat but it was cooler the last couple of days and I've reworked some things you have seen before.
1-3: Halogen pencil skirt (which doesn't bunch except for the way I must be standing), BCBGMAXAZRIA pullover, Elliot Lucca bag, old thrifted leather & knit moto jacket, old snake and linen flats, mom's necklace.
4-5: Chico's brown Ponte pants, old lace tee I usually wear under a sweater dress, thrifted Gap leather blazer, thrifted bag (Cristina made in Italy leather) and flats (Bandolino). I tried my new leopard booties with this outfit but the pattern seemed like too much with the lace, even for me.
The first was worn to church, the second today for casual errands. Your suggestions for improvements and styling are appreciated. Please let me know if any of this is looking frumpy.

Ditto! #1 is perfection. #2 is a successful change up (I think you know you rock the white and silver, so it is both a challenge and fun to go against the grain). Cool how you match up the tortoise sunniest to balance the darker colour. Though you wouldn't wear them indoors, you could push them up on top of your head a la hair band! Nice pop of red with the bag. That is my favourite shape of bag!

The off white is terrific!

I think I love #1 in part because of the gold! So interesting to me. The silvery white and cream just looks amazing an a bit unusual with the gold necklace. Not to mention the snakeskin.

#1 is FABULOUS I am loving the accessories and the cream with gray. Gorgeousness. #2 is definitely fall I love the casual ease and rustic tailored elements (if rustic tailored makes any sense in the world outside my head).

Thank you all for your kind comments. I felt great in the first outfit. The brown outfit feels like it needs work. It got too warm to leave the jacket on and I wished I'd tried tucking and belting. I think brown booties may have been better too, but even a small heel makes getting up and down from the floor harder at my age and it was a floor day for a class presentation this afternoon.
Maybe brown patent oxfords?
Day, I love the idea of calling this rustic tailored. Maybe I should try my multimedia, part faux fur vest for a touch of boho in the mix

Wowza! That first outfit is blowing me away. Thank you for the close-up shot so I could see how difference the different hues are in your yummy monochromatic look. I just ordered that clutch in a neutral coloblock. How do you like it? It looks large and soft and perfect for daytime, just what I'm looking for. I love how your Mom's necklace echoes the gold clasp on the clutch.

Claire, I love the clutch. It is large enough for everything I need without being huge or hard to hang on to. It can also be worn as a cross body or shoulder bag but I use it most as a clutch. I can't wait to see your color-blocked version.
