Finally getting around to trying this ensemble idea. It's a cold day in Southwestern New Hampshire so the warm lilac sweater is needed. The white Emerson Fry jeans are a little lightweight, but will be okay. Wearing the cream J Crew booties that I seem to reach for every time I want to take an outfit up a notch these days. I have a cognac/saddle belt and I just remembered my elderly tan Coach bag that I purchased on Wisconsin Avenue in DC in about 1986, which was hiding in a large chest in my hallway. And I've got the ivory mohair Theory jacket for when I go out. I've also got on gold jewelry to match the bag and belt hardware, plus an amethyst ring. For good measure, lavender and grey eyeshadow and purple lipgloss.
