It's a bit warmer this week and the sidewalks are clear, so I took the opportunity to play with things like rolled pants and booties.

1: This used to be a FFBO but I haven't worn the BF jeans for a few months now. They sure are comfy though. What do we think? Are BF jeans looking dated these days?

2: Playing with the big cuff on these old straight leg black jeans over booties. You can't really tell in this photo, but I think I need to get some new black jeans, as these are getting too faded in awkward places (inner thigh and butt). Does that happen to anyone else? I actually preferred this without the vest (for a more fluid look on top) but it is so cold in my lab I need an additional layer.

3: I found this navy sweater dress in my closet this morning - I used to wear it a lot and then forgot about it recently. It's sleeveless so requires a topper (I used to wear it pinafore-style over a blouse but I'm not into that look anymore). Today I paired it with a heavy handknit cabled cardigan.
