I bought my first pair of dark wash Gap Long & Lean jeans about two months ago and really like them. They fit me well and I had them hemmed for flats/low heels. So I took advantage of an online Boxing Day sale and picked up a second pair (this time in a medium wash) for $24.99 and had them hemmed for my high heel brown leather booties (thanks for the suggestion Suz!). They have a little bit of fading on them and some whiskering but I don’t think it’s too much. I’ve paired the jeans with my midnight blue faux leather jacket (the sister of the cognac jacket I found on a clearance rack), and a Gap striped t-shirt. I’ve tucked (again!) and added my men’s brown leather belt. I originally had my red skinny belt on but it seemed too predictable and dainty. Does this belt work?
How are the proportions? All suggestions/comments welcome – thanks for looking!
P.S. The day I wore the tiered striped t-shirt/black midi hubby called me a “sexy mime”. Today’s assessment was “sexy sailor” (lol)!
