I was very happy to see today's ensemble by Angie, as I have all the pieces for that look in my neutral-happy wardrobe. I could easily do a more casual look with black pants, a floaty sleeveless top in cream and cognac handbag. But I am going out for a friend's 5th wedding anniversary celebration and wanted something dressier.
I've paired a lacy top in cream with a lacy skirt, introducing my own fourth color....as the back panel in the skirt is greyish-greenish (I think!) I've finished the outfit with cognac pumps with kitten heels and matching handbag, a gold necklace and my gold two-tone Balmain watch.
This post was timely as I was wondering what to wear tonight. My countless options for dressier occasions overwhelm me sometimes. But seeing the post made it much easier for me to decide...Thanks Angie!
