Hi Ladies,

I never really tire of wearing black, but some days I do like to add something to it. I am loving blue and am slowly adding worthy pieces to my wardrobe. I particularly love how beautifully blues can work with black.

Today I had to travel for work to run training so I needed to look professional and I wanted to be comfortable. So inspired by MsKatieKat's post yesterday on wearing knits, I pulled out my straight leg ponte pants, added my navy draped tunic and then added my new jersey jacket. Finished with my patent black booties which are so comfortable I can be on my feet all day.

Accessories wise I am just wearing my silver rings and hoop earrings - which I have been wearing most day lately. Enjoying keeping it simple.

How does this work? I think the proportions are ok, and the asymmetric hem of the tunic prevents it from being too long.

Thanks for looking and appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.

Now I am off to do that dreaded task of packing. Off to Melbourne for a two day visit to see my mum and sister and attend a 7 year old birthday party...ah what to wear lol!

xxx Deborah
