I'm liking my new glasses. Angie wanted me to try ones that weren't as dark, but every pair that I tried in a lighter color was a firm "no" from both of the women helping me at the eye glass place. Did I do ok with the dress? It's freezing in WA state (don't throw too many tomatoes, please) and I needed a jacket. My motorcycle one seemed to work the best.
Can I say here that I'm sad to be missing out on the NAS? I don't think it's worthy of another thread to just say that. We have too many other financial obligations at the moment... just bought a used Suburban, paid for swimming lessons, plus a trip to my 20th high school reunion is coming up... there just isn't more money for the black leather jacket I'm drooling over from Nordstrom's. It's ok. I'm doing lots of SYC for now and look forward to finding good deals as we get further into fall.
