Same bootcuts as last week, but full length today because it was cold this morning -- about 38F when I left the house. I kind of still love bootcuts, especially in a subtly retro application like this -- with the chunky turtleneck I feel this has a bit of a 70s vibe. The jacket is the Madewell Fleet jacket, scored at my consignment shop last month. I'm on the fence about it. I love the color, but it's a smidge tight in the shoulders over a sweater, fits better over a tee. I'll probably keep it til I find something "more perfect" -- the perfect field jacket is a seemingly endless quest for me. I enjoy wearing this sweater with my burgundy chukkas (from Soft Star), just matchy enough. Oh, and apart from the shoes and sunnies, everything seen here is secondhand.
