WIW: 31 August--Bingo and Sunday School

I am not a very seasoned thrifter (I have only done it a handful of times, but I do love it). I recently bought this blue blouse and her sister from a different mister (in red). I just picture some lady bookending her weekend by wearing it to Bingo on Friday night and then donning it again for Sunday School (or perhaps wearing the other color). In any case, they both came home with me and I can't promise them an exciting life of Bingo and Sunday School, but I am going to try!

Love the red-leopard-and-blue color scheme! I used to wear blouses like that back in the day with my ladylike business suits! I like the way you've styled it MUCH better!!

Ohh... what a lovely outfit and an especially great find.

Thrift stores, consignment shops and vintage clothing stores are my most giant shopping downfall... well next to the clearance rack... I love anything vintage-y looking and instantly fall hard for things that are all wrong for me.

Ooh count me in on loving the color combo! Fab thrift find, I like the somewhat prim cut of this blouse paired with otherwise forward elements and lovely legs. (Also the background story made them so much more endearing.) I love how you wear this type of skirt waist line (sort of paper-bag waist?); I need to comb through your WIWs to learn the secrets of what you do so I can be less afraid of my shorts with this type of waist. Your arm parties are especially hoppin' today
