Worn with Doc Marten wedge booties (from Inge) and a Parkhurst sweater. Comments/suggestions on anything welcome!

I find the booties with skirt look can sometimes be hard to pull off but you have done it beautifully Elizabeth. I can't even pick an element of the outfit I love because the whole thing looks great.

Love it! I agree wit h you on the comfy as PJ's bit. I plan on making a couple of jersey tube skirts for my at home lifestyle. Love the booties with yours.

Lisap FFBO means fast fall back outfit. In other words a tried and tested outfit or outfit formula.

Thank you so much ladies! Didn't mean to do a post and run.. it was actually a post and fall asleep :). I thought I'd get to comments on my ipad in bed, but nope.

Dianthus thank you so much for the boost about wearing bootiess with a skirt. This was a look that took me a long time to come around to, so I'm glad you think I can pull it off. Shoes seem so dainty to me now!

And Suz, I love how you phrased "the pattern of that skirt was made for you". Because I agree. Bold, high contrast, angular patterns are bang on for my profile under DYT, so it's so interesting when others notice that they work well. Which is of course why I wish the Danier top was whiter, because the angularity is there.
