For those who know Boise, we are very lucky to have some lovely parks here. My personal favorite is Kathryn Albertson Park because it is a structured around a walking path that takes you through shaded forests and ponds. It is strictly a walking and ornamental park, that is to say, one doesn't go to picnic or throw a frisbee. They do allow dogs on leash except at the times that the geese and ducks are nesting.

Today hubs, furbaby Reilly and I went for our weekend walk. I really enjoy going before it gets to be scorching hot. It was as lovely as always and I look forward to walking it again tomorrow.
