DH and I attended the holiday party at our local Nordstrom's last night. I'd never been before, but I dressed festively based on the advice of some fabbers and had a blast! DH wore a vest and even tried some things on, so it was a win all around.

1/2) I bought this cropped black top to wear with a shiny skirt, but thought I would try it with my high-rise jeans. I was initially going to wear the top in #1 with my harem pants, but it was too cold yesterday so I defaulted back to jeans. But I did add some bright lipstick and felt I hit the appropriate note because most of the crowd wasn't super dressy.

3) DH and I in the selfie station. DH is about a foot taller than me, so he had to crouch down to fit in the frame with me.

4) Bonus outerwear shot at the Christmas market we wandered through on our way to the event. The blanket scarf was my Black Friday weekend sale purchase.
