WIW - Casual evening with friends

I rarely post my casual outfits because they are usually very casual. We are meeting friends this evening for wings and I have a few minutes to spare so took a pic. I often recommend fuchsia with olive but rarely wear it myself. Tonight I wore a deep pink soft top with the olive leather jacket. It is chilly out. I put it with jeans and metallic flats.

I'm not sure I like it as much as I thought I would but have to leave in a few minutes so it will do.

Suggestions?

Dianthus this is not a color combo I would think off but it looks quite lovely on you. And I think casual can be just as stylish as dressy and in this case that is so. Proportions are good, colors lovely and you look extremely well put together. Have a great evening.

The jacket wth the top is amazing. I love that color combo.

If it were me, I'd try it with darker jeans. The soft blue adds a third color that goes really well with the pink, but IMO downplays the olive a bit. I think the light denim and pink top with a lighter colored jacket like white or cream would be great!

Oh my gosh, what a beautiful leather jacket! I love the color combination of fuchsia and olive. I have an olive skirt that I wear with a floral orange and fuchsia top. Sadly, my top is starting to show its age.

Wow! What an amazing colour combo. I would never have thought of that. But it works beautifully on you, I think. And what a lovely jacket! I think Jeneva might be onto something with the wash of the denim. But it's likely the flash made this appear a bit lighter than it is IRL, so perhaps IRL the effect was a bit different.

Goodness I never thought of that colour combo before. It works so well. Please keep posting your casual looks I find them just as interesting as dressier looks.
