Prompted by Angie's thumbs up for day dresses this summer, I bought two that I really enjoyed wearing. Now that it's getting colder here in Boston, I'd like to find a dress or two for the winter, but this seems to be harder as most are dressier than I like. I teach part-time and work at home part-time and want something casual that I can wear with tights and flats or ankle boots. The dress I wore the most this summer was almost like a smock, fitted at the shoulders and then hanging down almost straight, and I'd like to find something like that but so far no luck. Any suggestions where to look would be appreciated.
