Why Is My Hair Frustrating Me?

Why is my hair frustrating me? I have decided again this time I mean it (I swear) that I am going to grow my hair out. I want my long, slightly wavy, pretty hair back - I miss it.

But, now I am stuck with trying to be patient while it grows out and making it look decent while it does. Has anyone ever noticed when you are younger your hair seems to grow faster or maybe you just don't realize it? So, I have put myself on a hair, skin & nails vitamin and am hoping that my thyroid meds are helping.

Any suggestions?

My dear Kathleen, I'm sorry to hear that you are frustrated. It’s a pity that you can’t enjoy your stunning new do. It looks sensational.

The secret is not to wait until your hair is long to get a great cut (and being frustated meanwhile) but to get great cuts in the middle because there is little you can do to make it grows faster.. so enjoy the process!
You look great and have a lovely face, there is tons of cutsyou can do!

Might just have something to do with being a woman") we get "unsatisfied":)

You just haven't found *your * favorite look yet...this might appear as your hair grows out into different styles...don't get discouraged!!

I love your hair short, but I can sympathize. I prefer my hair short in terms of maintenance, and while it does look nice, I kind of miss being able to put my hair up and use my hairsticks and experiment with new styles. Short hair can get a little boring.

Who knows...maybe while you grow your hair out you'll find something you like.
