I haven't had a chance to post at all this week - it has been crazy busy at work and I'm having to come in early and stay late, with no breaks during the day. Despite the stress, getting ready in the morning has been a breeze thanks to my closet. My attempts at carefully curating and minimizing the volume by ensuring everything works together has paid off this week big time. I'm able to hop out of bed (ok...maybe "hop" is a bit of an exaggeration) at 5:30 and be out the door by 6:15 (including a shower and breakkie) without running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I'm feeling stylish but not "in your face" kind of stylish IYKWIM and comfortable and with no fuss factor throughout the day.

I'm currently still wearing my summer clothes, although the temperatures are dipping down sadly. And even though I now have the smallest summer wardrobe I can remember, it is working so much better for me. I've decided that PPP is one of the greatest take-aways I've gotten from YLF. Yes, finding an item that fits perfectly both physically and with your style, can be extremely frustrating at times...trying on a myriad of items, spending time with returns...but totally worth it. I can honestly say I love everything in my summer wardrobe.

I'm working on having that same level of satisfaction with my fall/winter wardrobe. I've recently taken some items to Wonder Woman to get shortened (pant hems and blazer sleeves) in preparation, purged yet another bag of things that just "don't get the new me", and received my EF Dark Tulip asymmetrical cardigan (from eBay) yesterday - even better than I had hoped! (will post pics on the weekend). Still waiting to receive the EF Dark Tulip knit skirt and silk blouse - fingers crossed

I've managed to read a few posts this week even though no time to comment and of course, have peeked at all your fabulous outfits. Stay gorgeous
