What to wear to a Marketing agency interview

I have an interview coming up with a Digital Marketing Agency. Any ideas as to what to wear? I'm 99.9% sure a suit would be way too conservative. Maybe a dress with a jacket?

Have you got a neutral sheath and a colourful jacket? Or a pretty sheath with a white jacket? Something seasonal might be nice.

Possibly something arty business casual? If it's digital marketing I would say something that's a little trendy (maybe one trendy item if you don't wear a lot) so it shows you're forward thinking.

Definitely no suit. If anything that would be a mark against you. Marketing involves knowing your audience, after all, and showing up in a suit would appear a bit clueless.

Tailored and crisp, but still colorful, textured, and modern are all good. It should look dressy but still creative.

Aida has it--you want to look like you have a clue about the here and the now, and the future as well. Of course it depends on the specific position, but I have seen many, many people come and go for interviews where I work, and these are the commonalities I see in those who are most successful from a style perspective.

Thanks everyone! I don't have a colorful dress, but I'm thinking maybe a black dress with a purplely plaid tailored jacket I have. Or, I have a green khaki jacket that I was thinking I could wear with a scarf and the black dress. Although that might be too casual looking.
