Tucked looks fine but i prefer untucked x

Because you have the belt, I think both ways work well. With skirts you want your shirts to be shorter anyway, and with a pencil skirt particularly, I always like a nice, high, defined waist- it's that retro look that I love. If you didn't have the belt on I'd say tucked, but since the belt defines your waist so nicely, untucked is great, too. Both look good and it's your choice- so just mix it up from day to day!

Agreed, both work. Pick whichever you are most comfortable in!

In this case, i like the tucked. Usually untucked looks better on us shortwaisted ladies but the retro polish on the tucked version is killer.
