What footwear with black leatherish skinnies?

I bought a pair of black coated skinny jeans: http://www1.bloomingdales.com/.....ack?ID=112...

I am NOT running around town in spiky heels. But neither can I figure out what kinds of footwear to compliment them. I do need a new pair, and my criteria is: comfortable and not black. I prefer a slight heel or wedge and of course this time of year a closed shoe/boot is necessary. Any suggestions?

I wear mine with ankle boots all the time. In fact, will post a pic of my outfit on Friday with leather leggings/ skinnies!
