Can someone talk me out of it, or is it totally fab?

I remember that you all were NO help when I needed you to point out the flaws in this Very Expensive Coat: http://www.peruvianconnection......ng+coat.do but I'm hoping you'll do better on the vest. It's not nearly as expensive as the coat, just seems kind of frivolous...

I really like it April. Just a caution, NY&Co's sizes run a bit big, so try it on in a store if you can.

Um, the main flaw of the coat is that it is Very Expensive?

Also, it seems like it would be a pet fur magnet! And the dry cleaning bills!

It’s really sweet April, but I don’t think that their smallest size will fit you. Try Express and Bebe instead.

It is a cute vest, but I think your subject line is even cuter! "What do we think of" can only be asked in YLF. I think there's a culture of thinking together here that is unique to YLF.

That coat is simply STUNNING. But, I'm not all that familiar with alpaca... I think that maybe it's a fabric that sheds or pills... better do some more research on how it wears. (Okay. That was my best attempt at NOT enabling you)

Thank you, Mac. Obsessing over a $600 coat is not the most productive use of my time, even if it is The MOST Fabulous Coat Ever.

Angie, I peeked at Express and Bebe (that was a new one for me) and did not see anything similar. Express does have one in leather, but to me the fun of this was that it was not leather. I prefer a look that whispers "moto" rather than one that recreates the sound of a gunning motorcycle engine...
