Personally, I don't find it very useful when DIY skincare recipes require a list of uncommon things you have to go out of your way to get (kaolin clay, frankincense essential oil, stuff like that). I prefer recipes with things that can be picked up cheaply at any grocery store and work well for skin. For example, the simple sugar and 100% lemon juice scrub combo works wonders for my skin (much better than most store bought cleansers have worked for me). That is my favorite. It leaves my skin clean and so smooth, it works so well I have to be extra gentle when scrubbing. What DIY skincare recipe using common, cheap food items has worked very well for you? Please share
