I am thrilled to see the plus sized Violeta line. It really looks like nice simple lines, not frumpy Plus sized designs. I will have to find out about it. Very promising. Did anyone else have a look at the link Angie had in her blog? What do you think?

Btw, I noticed that the sizing for this line starts at a 10.

I think it's lame that the sizing only goes up to 20, as I said in the comments of the blog post. But the clothes look nice, a nod toward classic but wearable for a younger demographic.

Maybe the key is that one cannot make the same clothes at all for all sizes. I think someone wrote that the average design is a size 6 + and - 3 sizes. So it makes sense that this line is from size 10 to 20 with a size 14/16 as the middle. Different things just work for different proportions. I am constantly battling with my weight. It is a slow battle. Sigh! But these clothes look like great "canvas" pieces, not too body conscious and also current but not too trendy.
