Violet - Outfits Week of 9-14-08

I have had fun taking pictures of my outfits this week. Hopefully I will have time to do it next week as well. Please let me know what you think and feel free to use CRS. I like being able to get feedback on my outfits from people that don't see me on a daily basis. I appreciate any feedback or suggestions you my have. Thanks!

Monday 9/15/08
Ugh, Monday. Woke up late and got ready in a hurry. I am used to wearing some sort of heel, so flats are new for me. I feel kind of frumpy in this outfit. Not sure I would wear it again.

Any ideas on how else to accessorize this sweater? Or are there other tops I can wear with it?

Very nice! I like all your outfits, just think that Monday's outfit would benefit from a pop of color somewhere. You've got great shoes! Nice stylish week

Violet - I like Tuesday, Thursday & Friday's outfits the best. I'm not sure the jacket and shirt work quite right on Monday. You look great all week though!

I think that Tues, Thurs and Sun/Fri are great outfits. You are right that Monday didn't quite work. It seems like you need long beads in another color or a blue/tan combo to bring together the jacket and the tops/pants.

Wow! You looked great all week! I can't pick a favorite. I love them all--especially the belted Friday outfit and the Max Studio outfits.

Monday's outfit looked a little washed out. If you were to re-work this outfit, I think a solid, bright color button down would be better than that light colored print.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! This was my first time taking pictures for the week and I really had fun. It definitely inspired me to put more thought into my outfits.

Joy - the denim jacket is pretty fitted, so I am not able to button it at the waist. I think I will just scrap that outfit and try wearing the pieces separately.
