Very pretty outfit. As far as being appropriate to teach in I am not one who can answer that question so I hope someone else can help there. The outfit is gorgeous on you though. I do wonder if there is too much skin showing to teach in, but that would depend on what, who, and where you teach.
The skirt appears to have nice texture. The color of the top is beautiful. Adding a cute cardigan would be pretty.

Cute skirt! It might be a little on the short side, but I think if you wear opaque hose you will be ok. Give it a shot and take a photo :)

I agree with cciele, the kirt is too short, but maybe with opaque hose..

I think the skirt needs tights or leggings to make it work appropriate x

I agree that the skirt would be made more work appropriate with tights. It's not the length so much for me but the side slit. The color of the top is nice.

Thanks, guys!

The only problem I have is that I never wear hose, tights, or leggings, I just can't stand them.

I am still not sure on this skirt ... I bought it thrift for $2.00, so it wasn't a huge splurge.

I apologize for the crappiness of the photos, I am still having issues with my digital camera, and am working on getting it fixed. :)

I am with others, I teach at the college level as well and I would wear this skirt with opaque hose. If you are not a fan of it, then perhaps you might want to keep the skirt for weekend wear or going out.
