I love it! I would totally wear this dress myself, cuz I love color block.
I might take it in for alterations on the sleeves-- just shorten them up a tad so you aren't scrunching them to achieve elbow length? Overall, minor detail. Though if you do decide to do that, maybe have the tailor take it in just a smidgen -- not much -- at the waist? It's hard to say. I love how it falls right now, you have a suggestion of a waist. I guess I'd ask the tailor to experiment there. You still want it just gracing and suggesting, as it already does.
I personally like the shoes with this -- goes with your hair. I would love to see some color pop brought in somewhere, jewelry or purse. If it were my dress (ooh and yesss... I want it! LOL)... I'd very likely add long pearls, and a cream clutch.
