Thoughts on this kind of top

I was browsing Tulle site looking for a cheap and fun top to add to my summer wardrobe. I kind of like this one (stripes!):

But I am not sure about whether it a) works for my waistless body type, and b) is too young. I am also assuming it's a skirt-only style, is it not? Or can it be made to work with pants?

That's a lovely top
a) i think it would work as the elastic would give the illusion of a waist -i think?
b) don't think it looks too young and yes i think it's probably best with a skirt as it looks quite short x

Super cute! It's not too young at all. It looks like the model has it on with pants but I think it would definitely be better with a skirt due to the length.

It's a great top and very cute. It reads almost like a jacket to me so I think you could layer it over a longer top if you wanted to wear it with pants.
