It got cancelled!! Very sad for my friends involved, but probably for the best.
However, that doesn't mean I've stopped looking for the perfect accessories to go with my red dress, because that ex-boyfriend who was due to be there could crop up any time, and frankly I think the dress would be ideal for holiday parties and cocktail functions in general!
I will look myself for a silver clutch and silver sandals, as I imagine I can find that without too much difficulty (bags and shoes are items I can shop for with confidence, as my sense of touch is pretty reliable there). I'm also thinking a set of multi-strand pearls, in either traditional colour or silver, may be worth hunting down. They'd likely look perfect with the low necline of this dress.
What I do need help with is finding the sort of black vintage wrap that Angie is recommending.
