Team wear: new python booties!

I couldn't wait to try out the new python booties from the NAS, going to a casual dinner at some friends' house. I don't usually wear booties in the summer, and rarely with white jeans, so I don't know if they work or not. Since I believe in matchy-matchy, I added my lizard dog collar bracelet.

Thank you all for your nice comments! Sadly, I ended up changing because it was still over 90° here this evening. But I think I'll try this outfit as soon as it cools down a little.

I'm so happy these booties got the thumbs up!
When I came home with them my husband thought they were pretty wild for me, but he has come around to thinking that they're cool after all.

Fantastic, love them with the white jeans. I'm not on team wear right now, as I have the suede pair coming in the mail. Not sure I can justify both pairs. If you could only choose one, Phython or the tan Suede pair, what would you pick?

Boy that's a tough question!
I suppose the solid color suede ones are more versatile, but I'm starting to see the value of a few statement pieces and not just basics. I just guess it depends what you're more in need of.

I know that was a tough question, Parsley. Thanks for your opinion. I stalked the suede boots for many months so when I found them at NAS of course I had to get them, I need these to fill a whole in my wardrobe, but I have very few statement pieces because I tend to be so practical, almost to a fault. The Python is fun and not too crazy and I could see how they will help elevate the style of a simple outfit. The fact that this is your third pair is making me feel a little more justified in keeping both, but yikes! $$$$$
