Teal voluminous top - Reshoot

Hi everyone

Thank you again for all the lovely comments on my previous three threads, You're all so kind to take time to do this. I'll reply more elaborately on them later today.

Some of you asked for more pictures of the teal top with the denim skirt (and a pic with the Amber jeans too). So here they are. Now you can see that it really does have a banded hem;-)
Curious to hear what you think now (I'll tell you my opinion later)...

1. Teal top with COH Amber jeans

2. Teal top tucked into denim pencil skirt (never worn a voluminous top like this before)

3. Teal top *belted* over denim pencil skirt (this is a first too, I'm surprised at how comfortable it is - one of these days I actually might start liking myself in belts;-)

Angie: the top is quite long and voluminous, I tried to wear it as is over the pencil skirt, but then the hem just didn't show (unless I tugged the top down, but that would only look good over jeans or leggings methinks, the line of the pencil skirt is completely ruined that way).

I love it with the jeans, Inge! With the skirt Iike it best with the belt. Have you tried adding one more white accessory?

I really like all 3 looks! But then, I don't always follow strict rules about where the hem of my tops should fall all the time, so take my enthusiasm with a grain of salt. :)

KILLER. (Thanks for reshooting).

LOVE all three ways you’re sporting the look! WOW. You clever little sausage :0)

You need a white bag in your life!

I like all the ways you have worn the top here Inge! I'm especially fond of the tucked in look. I wish I could pull that off!

Very cute! Love the summery color. White accessories would be perfect.

It's hard to find a banded top that looks good belted but you scored - very nice fit. You have a killer body for belts!

You look fabulous in these outfits. You should go with the look, it suits your beautiful figure. The color is fab too.

Inge -- I like these looks a lot better than the original one, for sure! The top is very flattering in each of the ways you wear it here.

I don't think you have any problem at all wearing volume. The shirt looks great!

Inge, it looks beautiful all three ways. Wow!

Love love love! The darker and longer skirt makes all the difference!!!

So pretty! I feel bad if I'm asking the same questions again, but could you let me know where you got the top? It's exactly what I'm looking for.

Inge, beautiful color and so super verstaile! Smashing outfits, all three. I especially like the belted version, very chic!

Inge, I'm going to reply to all of your threads at once-- I love it all. You look fantastic in banded bottom tops with jeans and skirts. I'm not sure what else to say except that you look GREAT in every single thing you post.

You've no idea how happy I am with all your sweet compliments! Thank you so much!
I'm pleased as punch to have found this top and quite chuffed that I now have three different ways of wearing it (can scarcely believe the belted look is working for me, yay!)

Chris and Patience: I'm blushing now!

Angie and LegacyofPearl: maybe I really should start looking for a white bag then. I'm picky though and find it even harder to find a white bag I like. Will keep you posted;-)

Sarah: I bought it at WE (a Dutch company with stores in Belgium etc., you don't have them in the States I'm afraid). If you like I could get you one and send it to you? They were on sale and cost 19,95 euro (about $28). It hardly weighs anything, so postage wouldn't be so expensive.
I think they had it in two or three other colours as well (one was navy, can't remember the other ones, I went straight for the teal;-)

Just let me know, I'd be happy to help you out.

Very pretty top, Inge. I really like it now that I can see the band. You are stunning in teal!

Thanks, Inge. You're too kind. I bet I could find one in the US, I just haven't had luck so far. Although I've only been out shopping for them twice so far. I'll let you know, though. You look lovely. :)

Aaah thank you Laura! I bet this colour would suit you too;-)

Sarah: I'll keep an eye out for you too (is your mind set on teal or would you consider other colours too?) and do let me know if you change your mind.
