The mini-wedge Superga's arrived and are very comfortable. I wore them to Target this morning. I stopped by my husband's office on the way home and one of the guys there said, "Wow, those are white shoes!" I told him "Thank you!" So much for their fashion sense! ha ha

So, is this a good way to style them? Any suggestions? I don't have regular length boyfriend jeans yet, so can't try right now.

My hair is driving me crazy....cut is scheduled for next week. Trying to decide what to do with it--pixie cut or grow out? Any advice?

Those are cute shoes! They look very streamlined and attractive on your feet. What's wrong with your hair? Can you just trim it and make it behave or are you ready for a bigger change? Your side-swept bangs look great with your specs!

Thanks, Claire! No, I have had short hair for over 20 years. Thought maybe I would grow it out into a angled bob for a change, but I have such thick hair that it is driving me crazy growing it. This is the longest it's been in years. Can't decide what to do..... go back short or forge ahead!

The entire outfit is fantastic, Paula! I love the white tunic shirt over the khakis, and your fab new sneakers make it look extra crisp. The cognac shopper is such a wonderful touch too, and works great with the other colours in your outfit.
I thought your hair looked wonderful too But I have thick hair too, and I know it can get on my nerves as well. I'm very bad at suggesting hair styles, but I hope more knowledgeable ladies will chime in.

I love your new sneakers and they look great as you've styled them. That bag is gorgeous! I think it takes the whole outfit up a notch.

Thanks, Ornelia....I haven't worn white in over 20 years since the birth of my first child! It's kind of refreshing after wearing dark colors to hide the stains of five children!

Love your sneaks, and your hair really looks great. I know how hard it is to be at that point, and I will be no help here as I just cut mine quite short. I find it particularly difficult to grow it in the summer. I can't get it short enough!!!

What about growing it out just a tad more and going for less volume on top and more on the sides / back, with a little more dimension to the color, like Michelle WIlliams for Louis Vuitton? I don't have the face shape or thick enough hair for this cut but I adore it.

Such crisp, fab shoes! Love the mini-wedge, and I think you'd styled them beautifully.

As someone with heavy hair, regardless of style, I require "texturizing" to release some of the weight.

Beth Ann...ain't that the truth! My stylist says that the texturizing done to my hair is sometimes equal to another's haircut! Thanks for the kind words too!

Yes those are great Supergas! Are they the leather ones or canvas? Hope you will be able to maintain their white-ness! I think your hair looks pretty cool like it is--maybe a shorter cut for summer, and grow out next winter? Good shoes, never would have thought to get white tennies right now...

Love, love, love your look...The white shoes set off the pants and book end the white shirt...I think your hair is spot on as it is now...Growing out in summer is just difficult...Maybe you want to maintain and grow in the fall..
(Aren't guys preceptive...those are really white shoes?...smile...)

Caro....they are the canvas ones. I really like them....love shoes with a bit of a wedge in them too. Yeah, never thought I would wear white tennis shoes again either!

Love it all! Great shoes! Great whites! And fab pairing with the cognac tote!! Well done!! You look amazing. No advice on the hair front. Mine is bad, and so fine that I'm kind of the opposite. My only experience is that sometimes hair will go from driving you crazy one day, and then you book an appointment, and then all of a sudden it starts to behave and look good (before you even get to the appointment)

I had your exact haircut 5 months ago- and I found the bang braid to be super helpful while waiting for the front to grow out! (Although now that I am at the angled bob phase, I miss my pixie cut something fierce.)
