Woo hoo! They look great on you, Janet, and I like all the outfits. I'm so happy you tried them with the vest in #1--I had that one in mind already and was hoping you'd try it. Love that look. Also I agree with you on low contrast and outfits with black--those are the slam dunks here. The only one that stands out to me as looking more sporty--and in that way, not bad, but just different from the others--is the outfit with the mid-blue top.
Nicely done, and I'm glad you're having fun with them.

Love #4-- I would not have expected to like the slimmer fit top with the short skirt, but on you it is fab and the turtleneck, also. A very lithe look. Also love the blazer look--try more of those, adds a lot of polish and the longer length seems to work well.

This is such an interesting clothing item.

Anyway, I'm swooning over your stylings, and like you, prefer the column of color. I can't pick a fave, but in order to prove that I thought about the options, I'd say my least fave is #14, and it has to do with the high contrast between the straight hem of the grey shirt which, when compared to he other looks, looks less streamlined.

Janet, I apologise. I think I expressed uncertainty when you posted these originally. Your styling is fab and there is nothing here that doesn't work. They look fantastic on you and the length of the skirt looks perfect. In fact I think it looks longer than your original post?? At any rate, really glad you kept these.

Janet you knocked this out of the park!! So happy to be skirted leggings twins with you!! My favorite is of course the BCBG jacket. This is how I wear my EFSL. I wear them mostly with the Uggs cortona although any knee high boot works well and I love my SW OTK hammer boots too. I wear my long jackets to work with this. I love it with your PL vest - so uber elegant and totally unique. What a fab piece. Also as I column of color is it # 3 with the crew neck black body and white sleeves. All of the short jackets and tops also work brilliantly on you. Fabulous collection of outifts - each and everyone!! Kudos to your dear husband for his exceptional sartorial eye!! Enjoy your wonderful leggings and hope you feel amazing in them!!

Deborah, absolutely no need to apologize! I want honest opinions when I post something, and I'm glad you were candid in your thoughts.

I feel I should apologize too, I got a bit defensive in that earlier thread. However, the ultimate effect was that the debate actually made me want to give the leggings that much more of a chance. I'm glad I did -- they turned out to be much more successful on me than I thought.

Are these skirted leggings growing on me, more and more:-). Love all your styligs(except perhaps the 14+15-as I find pairing them with blouses is a bit pushing on the limits), BUT nr 1 is exceptional.! You really did a great job, Janet!
