Flash can totally do that. It's supposed to be 103 here today, too. Great find! I thought the Sacramento area was a really great place for thrifting. We lived there for a couple of years and I found lots of good stuff.

I can't even imagine that heat- we don't get it that hot even in the summer!

Khris, we're surviving. I got up early this AM to do some gardening and finished most of the chores that would work up a sweat before it got too hot. Then we were in air conditioning at the mall. Nothing for me there but got some hubby some new jeans. That was kind of fun. Left to his own devices I think he would grab the first thing but I could tell he was enjoying the ylf-ness of the trying on session once we got into it. I do think you're a bit crazy to go some place HOTTER to then shop in an outdoor mall. The heat is getting to you. :-p

I know- it was 108 when I got there! LOL But they have misters all up and donw the mall, which does help.

Longing for fall here too...unseasonably warm for September in the Midwest, although nowhere near as hot as where you are. . .

The pants aren't actually jeans. They're a trouser from j crew. I got them at a swap so I don't know what season they are. They're almost like a linen weight. They are great for our summers. Really comfy and light.

Alecia, you look great! You look so chic! Love the sandals with the pants. I hope the weather cools off a bit for you soon. We've actually gotten a cool snap after our endless rains lately. I'm surprised at how much the weather affects my dressing mood and how quickly I can get used to moderate temperatures.

I have to add that it has been such fun to watch your style transformation. Since I don't make it on very often lately, I can see how well your eye for what works on you has developed. Btw...you have a great smile :)
