I found the cutest thing at the Nordstrom sale:

It's called a beach coverup but it's a bit weighty for that IMHO - however, it makes a perfect topper and can be converted much like my Helmut Lang jacket so you can wear it draped and open, scrunched with the ties and used as a hoodie, or with one or both sides buttoned at the neck. Perfect for camping and hanging out (Rachy!).

This led me to check out the Adidas website, and check out all these sweet jackets! The dragon one is killing me...

What do you think? Sporty luxe or just business as usual?

sometimes the line between sporty and sport luxe is really blurry. love the dragon one, but the cartoon one is my fav.

I like the cover-up. It would be great to wear on the way to exercise and home again, or just hanging around. Possibly too loose to actually exercise in.

Some of the other adidas ones are cool too....

I have four different tops and jackets I wear over my gym gear...two jackets, one under armour hoodie, and one merino sweater. All over 18 months old and one seven years old. It just wears and wears and to be honest is often how I see my friends- coffee after park session, sideline at kids sports, going for a walk etc..

Had I love the dragon jacket. I'm surprised Leandra Medine hasn't got her hands on this yet! Reminds me of a fab dragon back satin bomber I saw in a skate shop up in LA last summer. This could be a great wildcard piece with pushed up sleeves and big gold cuff bracelets. How bout with a slim pencil midi skirt and either a very flirty feminine shoe in metallic or black, or if you want to go very literal, a heeled sneaker. HOW COOL

I like the versatility of the blue one. I also liked a lot of the ones on the sight. But then, I have a jacket by Under Armour and the RB sweats have been to the gym. The line for me is drawn very lightly in pencil.

I like a lot of the prints Adidas has had in the last year, and I ordered some things last fall that were along these lines. However, the white Adidas logo printed on top ruined it for me and back they went.
