Yes, I think a good bra fitting is in order. When was your last one? The right bra will eliminate rolls on the back. I would bet $ you are wearing the wrong size bra, and that your bra band is riding up in the back. You may need a smaller bra band size and larger cup size.
Likewise on the undies. If you can wear Spanx or similar, give it a try. I can't stand the sausage-casing feel myself. But I find that wearing high waisted boy shorts makes a big difference under skirts and dresses -- smooths out panty lines. There's always a thong, if you don't mind them (I do).
Change out bra, undies and camera angle and take more photos so we can compare!
P.s. I love that blue + red combo. What shade/brand of lipstick are you wearing, if you don't mind my asking?
