Some outfits from the last two weeks

I didn't take a picture every day - some days I was in a mad rush in the morning.
Excuse my hair, it looks bad. To my defense, I usually brush it when I get to work.
I just realized that I wear either something wrap or something purple (or both!) every day
I also didn't write about jewelry - I usually put on some necklace or pendant and I wear a cocktail ring every day on the right hand.

I LOVE the bright purple pashmina! It looks great with the wrap dress and is such a pretty color on you.

The Bravissimo wrap dresses look awesome on your figure - I like how they show off your waist. I'm a US resident, and I kick myself for not making a fitting appointment or trip to one of Bravissimo's shops last time I was in the UK.

Kari, I find the measurements that correspond to each size on the Bravissimo site quite accurate, so you may want to give it a try even without actual fitting in the store. This is what I do. Though I am going to be in the UK in two weeks, and a trip to the actual Bravissimo store is definitely on my list!

Tarzy, I am way overdressed compared to other people in my work environment. I just don't care any more, you know? I decided that I will wear what I like, and not try to blend in.

Angie, it is very interesting about the color palette being similar to Tanya's. I noticed it too. We have quite an opposite coloring, but somehow have the same best colors in clothing. Maybe it is the Eastern-European origins that we share

My favourites are the pinkish top paired with the grey wrap sweater and your outfit with the purple velvet jacket with the collar turned up paired with the burgundy pashmina and skirt.

You look absolutely beautiful in purple and wraps, no wonder you wear them so often;-)

Hannah, I've been longing to make a Bravissimo order, but have been deterred by the exchange rate (though the dollar is stronger now than it was last time I contemplated making an order) and the overseas shipping charge. I'd hate to order something not quite right and pay a bundle to ship it each way - or keep something imperfect but expensive because I didn't want to pay to ship it. Maybe someday if I really find the right item...

The dress in the last picture cost 7 pounds in their sale section. I figured that even if it is not perfect, the damage to my bank account will be minimal. So I bought three: this one, a solid turquoise one, and a grey/red printed one.

I do think their non-sale stuff is quite expensive. Fortunately, they have good sales.
