I really like this on you! If you're not wearing it that often though, then it might be worth the hassle to try and consign it, if it was a bit expensive to buy in the first place.
Alternatively - have you ever worn this layered, in the fall/winter with skinny pants? I'm wondering if you might get more wear out of it this way (as a tunic type of thing), especially in the PNW area where a short-ish dress doesn't get many opportunities to be worn as often. What do you think of this idea?
It doesn't really look all that 'boho' to me...more "mod" somehow.
Could you wear it with something like GAP's Really Skinny pants and some fabulous boots or booties this coming fall and winter?
If that's not your style - then yes, you should sell it. As a stand-alone dress, and with your particular climate/environment, I can see how something like this wouldn't get worn all that often.
