I made it through the coat dramas and surviving quite nicely in wonderful Copenhagen! I had ONE thing on my list to get here - a simple silver necklace/necklet I can wear alone or put on a little ornament if needed. I find with my white hair I need a bit of lightness near my face with my still mainly black work wardrobe. Can you believe have not found a ONE. So went into Georg Jensen the famouse Copenhagen silver house and after trying on many necklaces and pendants that I might have felt were in price range, tried a wonderful long necklance of large circles. I can wear it long, or doubled as a shorter necklace. It suits my size 16, 5'9" frame, the colour is right, after 3 days of necklace hunting it looks most RIGHT. And of course it is a bit more than double what I thought I would spend. It would go formal or casual... I could afford it if I needed to... SHOULD I BUY? It is about a third less to the price it would be at home... this is one of those questions of principle I am asking, I already KNOW it looks right. So not sure if I am being a tightwad or something is holding me back. I have bought no clothes here so...
