Staysfit motivated this post. Her closet is being catalogued this week!

The Stylebook app is a lifesaver for someone like me who is not visual. When Angie posts a great outfit or pin, I run to grab my Ipad and immediately try to put that combination together out of my own closet. I know immediately if I can copy her idea, because all my clothes-Winter and Summer-are included.

Since Angie's idea is now recorded in Stylebook, when I am ready to dress, I can flip through my Looks. Easy...no running to the computer and searching!

Here are some examples out of my Stylebook collection of Looks.

#1 records the basic recipe with my BF jeans and burnout sweatshirt. I have included all the earrings I may want to try with this outfit.

#3 is a "Lift" from Angie's post: Wearing Dark Red in Fresh Ways (8.18.14) interpreted from my closet. (The JCrew necklace was really hard to erase...that is why it looks so messy!) Here is her pin:

#4 was from last year's holiday season. Again, two scarf options are included.

I have used Stylebook for one full year. It IS a lot of work at the beginning. It has helped me stay organized and not duplicate items. It helps me keep track of obscure accessories. I track my Looks in the included calendar. It has shown me some interesting trends in my wearing habits. It has also shown me what I am NOT wearing.

This is a great tool for me. No, I do not work for Apple or Stylebook!
