I dropped by Nordstrom last week to try on these:

Look: They are really cute on.
Fit: The sole is super cushy a la Me Too. However, I found the scrunched style to push on my toes a bit. I probably could have tried a size larger and I suspect they will also stretch out and relax but I wanted to give a heads up on this issue. Pressure on top of my big toe is one area where my feet tend to be fussy.
Color: I tried the red. I was expecting more of a blue-red, not super bright. The shoes are not bright at all but they did have a slight rusty or orangey tone to them. Still red and a great color, just a little different from what I was seeing on the website. They did not have the purple in the store and the metallics are beautiful.
Overall: I'm going to resist the temptation but I hope to enjoy them on some YLFer soon.
I also tried these which someone here must need (not on Nordstrom website):

Look: These are wild and so fun.
Fit: Quite comfy because the upper is stretchy fabric rather than leather.
Color: That's what's so awesome about these shoes.
I ended up ordering the loafer I posted about earlier:

Look: I'm in love and I can't resist. I needed a new pair of casual skimmers and I think I'm going to go for these instead.
Fit: Also very cushy. I'm afraid this is not the shoe for Maya as out of the box they look like a reverse triangle-- wide heel and narrow toe box. I was afraid this would not work for me either, but the toe box is molding to my foot and the heel stays put.
Color: The purple looks like it will function as a neutral yet it's still *purple.*
