This week was crazy weather-wise. From cold to rainy to hot!

These are actually just my winter walking shoes. Technically slippers, but they look like driving mocs. it was very rainy on my walk home, so they were a must. too wet and yucky to want to change into the flats i wore all day.

the tank actually has a really cool neckline - it's pleated and has some flowers on it. hard to see in this photo though

I'll admit, this is my fave outfit of the week! if only my hair were as polished as the outfit... My shower drain is clogged though and my tub was filling up with water from the floor above me - grr...maintenance here is very slow!

I think I look pale b/c the color setting was on 'cool'. The sweater has a shawl collar, so no major statement necklace today!

Felt like a lot of silver today, but i guess it works. I just get weird about wearing more than one piece of the same color.

Very cute! I agree, the Wednesday purple with the ruffle top is my favorite too. All your flats are darling, but I have to tell you, you look fantastic in heels! It really lengthens your leg line.

I love the way you mix up all your clothes -- great use of colors and accessories!

Great outfits as usual! I think Wednesday is my favorite too. I also really like Thursday - it looks really comfy and cozy. I think you are okay with the amount of silver in Friday's outfit. I noticed you are wearing a red necklace, so maybe some red shoes would work with the outfit too. Hope your maintenance problems get fixed soon!

Another stellar week! Wed is also my favorite -- you look so great in ruffles. I like Thursday's sweater and how you paired it with a simple necklace - very classy. I think the silver belt and shoes work on Friday because the red necklace adds a third color to balance everything out.

Wonderful! My faves are Wednesday and Friday. On Wednesday, I actually think your hair is very cute up like that. Those ruffles are just so you! On Friday, I like the silver and I really like the red necklace; the belted shirt tunic seems like a less common Shell look, is that right? I really like it!

Antje, the shirt dress is indeed a less common Shell look. I didn't wear it much in summer b/c of the sleeves. also, since it's the only one i have, i don't want to overwear it. perhaps i'll have to do some shopping, but since my budget doesn't accommodate a lot of new purchases, i have to be selective.

I love the ruffles! Monday and Wednesday are my favorite. You have such great color sense, Shell. You look fab everyday. I'm also a fan of that shirtdress. It's a very polished look! So glad you post your pictures. It's such an inspiration.
