I haven't had the opportunity to be around much lately, but I still do try to stop in every once in awhile and see what's going on!

I also haven't been very regular about taking pictures of my ensembles, but I have a few here!

You look so beautiful and summery in pink! Pink is a fab color for you shell My favorite outfit is the one you wore on 6/13. All the colors are perfect and you have the layering down!

Your fondant cake looks super yummy. I have been meaning to try my hand at fondant and butter cream icing. Good luck on your final cake!

I don't think there is such a thing as pink overdose! I really like the color combo that you wore to the wedding, the outfit is my favorite of the bunch as well.
That cake looks sooo good! Yes, this is something I want to try as well but I guess in the meantime keep the pictures coming, your cakes look so yummy!

I really like those rolled up denim shorts on you; they had a pair like it at Loft recently and I didn't get them. Now I'm wishing I had!

Shell, yay! I was just wondering when we would see you again.

I love seeing how your statement pearls carry over into your summer wear, and your polka dot shoes are TOO CUTE. And you look so pretty in the saturated pink, epsecially the pink dress with turquoise cardigan.

What pretty cakes! I was going to ask the same thing as Lena - are you making your own wedding cake? (One of my friends did that.)

Shell - all your outfits are great. I love the crisp, summery looks and combos. The pops of white really cinch the deal for me. My mouth is watering looking at all those fondants! Great job. And I cracked up at the photo with the matching gift

aww, thanks everyone! i'm glad to be back!

i would love to make my own wedding cake, but i think i've already overloaded myself with DIY projects! plus, we found a fabulous baker who has the most delicious cake combo (chocolate with a layer of cheesecake in the middle!) and is super talented with fondant!

Shell, these outfits are so you! You look great as usual. Purple is the new black. Matching gift to your outfit is funny!

Cake decorating using a fondant is a lot of fun and hard work. I had my first attempt to cake decorating at my son's first birthday. He really loved a toy (at the back of the picture) and I wanted to surprise him by replicating his toy. It took me 7 hours to finish it from scratch, but his reaction was worth it. Here's the outcome:

Shell, we have missed you! I love the 5/30 color combo - I would have never thought of it but it looks gorgeous and the polka dot shoes add the perfect touch. I also really like 6/14 - again the polka dots, love them! OMG, that fondant baby is so freakin' cute, it's killing me!!!!
