Hey all! In between projects, I've been experimenting with some patterns for fabric (and other surface) design, using some of my photographs. I'm liking the results and thought I'd share some here, since many of you appreciate art, design and pattern. I'd also welcome your feedback on these -- do you have a favorite? Tell me what you like about it, and what you'd like to see done with it. I've already got ideas, and I'm going to have some samples printed, but this is new territory for me, so I welcome ideas!

Thank you!

ETA: Just for fun, here's what each pattern originated from:

1. detail from a glacier crevasse in Iceland

2. reflections in the Baltimore harbor

3. the wake of a the ship I was on embarking from Svalbard into the Arctic

4. rust and lettering on a shipping container

5. rust and patina on a shipping container

6. rust and lettering on an old sign

7. detail of an iceberg in Antarctica

8. detail of iceberg reflection in the Arctic

9. sand dunes and shadows in Death Valley

10. scratched paint and rust on a snowplow in Svalbard
