I'm happy about this outfit, but I'm not sure about the shoes. I wanted to wear my red shoes from yesterday, but I don't think they would go with the belt. Do the shoes look OK? Should I be wearing a flat or a heel?

You can't really tell from the photo, but the dress has ruffles on the front. I love details like that.
