Meant to say that I know Angie is a bit over ruffles but I am a late adopter, and I think this is a great look for the less well endowed.

It is a bit tight around the hips - better not put any more weight on!

Anne, I'm not over ruffles yet, and I like the top. I envy your ability to wear it - your shoulders look great with a sleeveless/high neck top!

I also am seeing your new haircut for the first time and think you look gorgeous. Shorter hair really suits you well.

This top looks gorgeous on you Anne, as others mentioned on this and your last thread, your shoulders and arms look fantastic. It's just a personal preference but I think I would prefer the top tucked into the pencil skirt when wearing the cardigan over the top.

I would love that top in my wardrobe, however I'm under no illusion that it looks better on you than it ever would on me.

Anne, I opened up your first photo and the thought that came into my head was HOT!!!!!!! You look smoking in that top. You could definitely wear it with bare arms for an evening out. It works well with the cardigan on top for a more casual look, too.
