Not me. Musician Grace Potter. And she's literally rocking them. (Depending upon what you think "rocking" means.)
When she walked on stage (#1) I started composing this post in my head. #2 and #3 give you a sense of how the vest worked. #4 is a close-up of the footwear.
And in #5 she's taken off the vest and she's accessorizing with her Signature Flying V, made by Gibson. With an accessory like that you can pull off almost any outfit.
