Sponge cake with lemon rind and glaze! I want some! It's one of the very few non-chocolate cakes I will consider.
I suppose substituting canola oil for butter will not work for the almond polenta cake? I don't have butter at home, may need to get some for this recipe, I will add the lemon and orange rinds.
