Question for Maya re: boots

Maya - I seem to remember you saying that you have these boots:

I'm on the hunt for some boots for the fall, but I have a really, really narrow calf (12 inches!), and this boot says that it's a 14" opening. But, I remember you saying that you have narrow calves, too, and so I was wondering if the opening was really smaller. I have a pair of boots for tucking jeans into, and I'm looking for something to wear with skirts. I suspect that Duo boots might be my only option, but I wasn't in love with any of the styles they have right now.

Just to let you know Christine, Duo Boots are releasing their new autumn/ winter line in the next couple of weeks and from the preview boots emailed to their customers, their boots for next season are oh so beautiful. I'm currently eyeing up a few pairs already.

I steered Maya into this boot direction, Christine!

I wanted these boots to work but they were too short for me. So I encouraged shorter lasses to give them a go. You can tighten the tie to adjust to your calf width so a big fat YES from me. Get them. They are beautiful Spanish quality. VERY fab.

Um, what Angie said!

My calves are fluffier than yours but like Angie said you can tie them tighter. Also, they are buttery soft so they can be scrunched down for a slouchier look, which I think makes the calf circumference kind of irrelevant.
