question about the Julian Starling slouch boots--are they too similar

to my Aerosole Ridelines?

The only difference I can see is the height. My black aerosole rideline boots hit me right below the kneecap and my black Julian's hit more mid-calf.

Do you think it's worthwhile to have 2 pair black riding type boots with just a difference in height?

Are you talking about the NAS slouchy boots that Angie recommended? If that's the case, I'd say both pairs have a place in your closet. They are two completely different styles.

yes they are the NAS slouchy boots that Angie rec'd. They look SO similar to my Ride Lines but maybe the height is different enuf?

I have been wanting slouchy boots for awhile. So far the julian's aren't very slouchy but they must get that way over time?

Oh yes, they are completely different from the Ridelines. Did you try the trick Angie suggested to make them slouch more? You take a rubber band and scrunch them down and then wrap the rubber band around the sole and top of the boot to keep them in scrunched form for a while.

Does that make any sense at all? I'm sure that was just the worst explanation of anything ever offered
