I hate buying skirts because it's so difficult to find the right tops for them. I read that you can wear something over the bodice of a dress so that it looks like you're wearing a top and skirt. Could this be done with this dress? Say a pullover sweater in a solid color? I like it the way it is but am just wondering if turning it into a top with skirt look would be an option. ???

Aqua blue cashmere sweater over top and you are all set. Perhaps in a v neck. Then, even if the top of the dress peaks through, it looks like another layer. And it's warmer with layers.

I'm also picturing it with a belt and vest or jacket.

I customized the order to ask for knee length instead of the standard below-knee length. Being petite, I try to keep my dresses on the shorter side.

The dress got here this afternoon. It fits like a glove, but I dare not gain an ounce. Seriously! That said, it's one of the most flattering dresses I have ever owned.

I did not custom order the dress to my specific measurements, so it's a miracle it fits so well. I just ordered size 6 short.

It's so pretty! Great to hear it fits you so well. I can see it the way Thistle describes and also with a short vest or jacket as you suggest. I would wear it with a shrug or short cardigan, too.
