You are stunning! You could go with a simple bracelet or if you want to have fun you can go with a whole stack, but my vote would be to keep it simple. The other option is to go completely without a bracelet and opt for a fun cocktail ring (or two). I was thinking about a fun hairpiece, but there's a lot going on at the neckline so I don't think you need much in your hair either. I think my top vote would be for the cocktail rings and second, bracelets.
As for shoes -- I think you need to think comfort, unless you are a take-your-shoes off kind of girl. Is the dress the right length already for a 2 to 2.5" heel? That would be the most comfortable. If you need a higher heel, then you probably have many more options.
I personally like a sandal (pedicure required!) as with bare feet you can better grip the shoe, and at least on my feet a sandal (with straps) stays on my foot better than a pump. You could also wear flats but flats are actually less comfortable on some feet than a small heel.
